VMEC Interface

Interface to the VMEC 3D MHD equilibrium code.

Overview
--------

FusionSC can launch and interact with VMEC runs, either by directly launching
system processes or via ``mpiexec``. The VMEC interface handles configuration,
execution, and result extraction.
